1. Introduction

Welcome to the CpaMax.Click Advertiser Terms and Conditions. This document outlines the legal agreement between you, the Advertiser, and CpaMax.Click Affiliate Network. By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our network provides a platform for advertisers to run performance-based marketing campaigns by leveraging a network of affiliated marketing partners.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To become an advertiser, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details current and secure. You are also required to maintain sufficient funds in your account to cover campaign costs. Failure to do so may result in campaign suspension or termination.

3. Campaign Management

• Campaign Information: All campaigns must include clear and accurate information, including campaign goals, payout rates, and specific rules or restrictions.
• Changes and Approval: Any changes to campaign details must be submitted through our platform and are subject to approval. Significant changes, such as a decrease in payout rate, require a reasonable notice period to affiliates.
• Campaign Termination: CpaMax.Click reserves the right to terminate any campaign that violates these terms, displays deceptive practices, or fails to meet performance standards.

4. Payments and Billing

Our platform operates on a performance-based model, where you only pay for completed actions (e.g., sales, leads, or clicks) as defined in your campaign. There are no setup fees. Payments will be deducted from your account balance based on a valid and approved action. You can add funds to your account via the methods specified on the platform.

• Transaction Disputes: You may dispute transactions or charges within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes must be submitted with valid proof and are subject to review.
• Fraudulent Activity: CpaMax.Click has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent actions will result in the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and may lead to legal action.

5. Prohibited Activities

Advertisers are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Promoting illegal content or services.
• Using deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
• Engaging in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email marketing.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the tracking and billing system.

6. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect as long as you use our services. You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. CpaMax.Click may terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to treat all business and technical information as confidential. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws related to any customer data you collect through your campaigns.

8. Intellectual Property

You grant CpaMax.Click a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your brand, trademarks, and creative materials for the purpose of running your campaigns on our network.
