1. Introduction

Welcome to the CpaMax.Click Affiliate Terms and Conditions. This document outlines the legal agreement between you, the Affiliate, and CpaMax.Click Affiliate Network. By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our network provides a platform for affiliates to promote advertiser campaigns and earn commissions for valid actions.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the traffic you generate and must ensure it complies with all laws and campaign requirements. You may only have one account on the network.

3. Campaigns & Payouts

• Campaigns: You are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the specific terms and conditions of each individual campaign you choose to promote.
• Payouts: Commissions are earned for valid and approved actions as defined by the advertiser. Payments will be made on a Net 30 basis, with a minimum payout threshold of $50. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
• Disputes: Any disputes regarding commissions or payments must be submitted within 15 days of the payment date, with valid proof to support your claim.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Generating fraudulent traffic or leads (e.g., bot traffic, automated clicks, incentivized leads unless explicitly allowed).
• Using deceptive or misleading advertising, including misrepresenting an advertiser’s brand or products.
• Engaging in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email marketing.
• Bidding on brand names or trademarks of advertisers without explicit written permission (trademark bidding).
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
• Altering creative materials without prior approval.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect as long as you use our services. CpaMax.Click may terminate your account immediately and without notice for any violation of these terms, which may result in the forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all creative materials, trademarks, and intellectual property provided by advertisers are the exclusive property of the advertisers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the designated campaign in compliance with these terms.
